Ezen Creatives was founded by a collective of senior creative directors, each rooted in different cities and cultures — from Taipei, Shanghai, London, and Tokyo to Los Angeles. With distinct aesthetic sensibilities, imaginative perspectives, and diverse hands-on brand experience, we spark ideas through collaboration and cross-cultural dialogue. 曾士航 Hank Tseng | 團隊策動人 Founder
生於台灣，長於日本，後遠赴美國，於洛杉磯哥倫比亞大學電影系專攻電影製作。曾參與香港導演徐克於洛杉磯的拍攝劇組，從此沉潛電影與廣告製作現場30餘年，歷經導演、監製及自創影像製作公司等多重角色，是活躍於美國影視圈的華人創作者。2006年重返亞洲，擔任「奧特曼中國版」總製片人，其後常駐中國，以執行導演身份參與跨國在華之眾多影視合作，近年擔任眾多全球品牌廣告企劃之拍攝工作，如：可口可樂、Airbnb、華為、青島啤酒澳洲網球公開賽合作廣告等。
Born in Taiwan, raised in Japan, and later venturing to the United States, he specialized in Film Production at Columbia College Hollywood in Los Angeles. Early in his career, he joined the crew of acclaimed Hong Kong director Tsui Hark during a shoot in Los Angeles — a pivotal experience that led to over three decades immersed in film and commercial production. From director and producer to founding his own production company, he has long been a prominent Chinese creative force within the U.S. film and advertising industry. In 2006, he returned to Asia to serve as Executive Producer for the China edition of Ultraman. Since then, he has been based in China, working as an executive director across numerous international co-productions. In recent years, he has led commercial shoots for major global brands such as Coca-Cola, Airbnb, Huawei, and Tsingtao Beer’s campaign in partnership with the Australian Open — blending cinematic storytelling with world-class commercial craft.

Amanda Wang｜Creative Partner
During the golden era of Taiwan’s advertising industry, she established his own creative vision — “Ezen Visual Language” — blending insightful cinematic expression with refined design rooted in Eastern aesthetics. This distinctive approach has shaped striking brand identities for global clients, earning widespread market recognition and numerous industry accolades.
She previously served as Senior Creative Director at Leo Burnett Taiwan, leading campaigns for international brands such as SK-II, Johnnie Walker, Yahoo, and Nissan. Her creative influence later extended across both sides of the Strait, where she successfully built lasting brand impressions for a wide range of products and industries.
畢業於Academy of Art University 美國舊金山藝術大學，回台後進入80年代第一大在地廣告代理商聯廣公司並服務多年。時值產業蓬勃之際自行創業，專攻電腦平面影像視覺合成，不斷翻新業界既有美學經驗，並獲獎無數。曾服務過KIKI餐廳＆旗下品牌、中興百貨、雅詩蘭黛、TOYOTA、統一等。近年更精進AI三維視覺領域，不斷突破自我。
Hans Wu | Executive Creative Director
A graduate of the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, he returned to Taiwan and joined United Advertising — then the largest local agency of the 1980s — where he served for many years. Amid a booming creative industry, he launched his own venture specializing in digital visual composition and graphic synthesis, continuously redefining aesthetic standards within the field and earning numerous awards.
His portfolio includes work for renowned brands such as KIKI Restaurant & its sub-brands, Chung Hsing Department Store, Estée Lauder, TOYOTA, and Uni-President Enterprises. In recent years, he has advanced into the realm of AI-driven 3D visual design, pushing creative boundaries and expanding his artistic language.
具備深厚的保養與美妝品廣告經驗，始終保持對視覺創意的專注與熱情。作品多獲時報廣告獎、亞太華文廣告獎等多項國內外大獎肯定。曾任麥肯、意識形態、李奧貝納、奧美等知名廣告公司，累積跨地域、跨產業、跨媒體的品牌經驗。負責客戶有多芬、Mercedes Benz、海尼根、7-11、國泰人壽、美國運通卡等國際與在地品牌。
Sally Lin | Senior Visual Creative Director
With a strong foundation in skincare and beauty advertising, she brings unwavering focus and passion to visual creativity. Her work has been recognized with numerous prestigious awards, including the Times Asia-Pacific Advertising Awards and the Chinese-language Asia-Pacific Advertising Awards, among others.
She has held key creative roles at top agencies such as McCann, Ideology, Leo Burnett, and Ogilvy, building a wealth of cross-regional, cross-industry, and cross-media brand experience. Her portfolio spans both global and local clients, including Dove, Mercedes-Benz, Heineken, 7-Eleven, Cathay Life Insurance, and American Express.
曾任數位影像剪輯師，並參與在中國、美國之廣告拍攝副導演工作，擁有豐富的跨國廣告製作經驗，是兼具敘事性與視覺張力的導演。曾服務多元類型客戶如：波音、加州彩券、招商銀行、徐福記、李寧等品牌，也專注於廣告影片規劃拍攝，如：Audi、麥卡倫、Maybelline、3M、ViewSonic、85度C、捷安特、Oral-B等國際品牌。
Yen | Film Director
Formerly an film editor and assistant director for commercial shoots in both China and the United States, he brings extensive experience in international advertising production. As a director, he blends strong visual aesthetics with compelling narrative sensibility.
His portfolio spans a wide range of clients, including Boeing, California Lottery, China Merchants Bank, Xu Fuji, and Li-Ning. He has also led commercial film planning and direction for global brands such as Audi, Macallan, Maybelline, 3M, ViewSonic, 85°C, Giant Bicycles, and Oral-B, delivering impactful storytelling with cinematic precision.
專注於社群媒體之整合與客製化服務，從空間經營延伸至影像製作與廣告拍攝領域，都擁有豐富的製作經驗。擅長影像與執行製片之全方位關照，曾服務：3M、ViewSonic、Zeiss、捷安特、ZOJIRUSHI 象印、恆隆行等品牌，也參與翦淞閣品牌影片製作及國光劇團文宣製作協力，以超強資源整合力與精準執行力打造品牌影音形象。
A Gao | Executive Producer
Focused on integrated and customized social media services, with extensive experience spanning spatial branding, video production, and commercial filming. Skilled in overseeing both creative visuals and production management, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
Clients served include 3M, ViewSonic, Zeiss, Giant Bicycles, ZOJIRUSHI, and Heng Lung Trading. Additionally, contributed to brand video production for Jian Song Ge and promotional materials for the National Theater Company of Taiwan. Leveraging exceptional resource integration and precise execution, they craft compelling audiovisual brand identities.
